Subscription and Payments

We use Stripe for processing payments. By subscribing to our service:

Cancellation and Refunds

At Painter AI, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription. All sales are final.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the settings, then billing section of your account. Your access to Painter AI will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of extended service outages or significant changes to our service offering, we may consider providing account credits. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been erroneously charged, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the issue and if an error is confirmed, we will provide a refund as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

By using Painter AI, you acknowledge and understand that:

• All artwork generated through our platform is created by artificial intelligence
• The generated images are inspired by artistic styles of public domain artists
• These images are NOT original works by the referenced artists
• Generated artwork should be referred to as “AI-generated art inspired by [Artist Name]’s style”
• Painter AI has no affiliation with the estates or representatives of the referenced artists

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Painter AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Painter AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Terms of Usage Rights

When you generate artwork through our platform:

• You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated images
• You may use the generated images for both personal and commercial purposes

You may not:

• Claim the generated images as original works by the referenced artists
• Use the generated images for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the generated images in a way that suggests you are the creator of the referenced artists’ works
• Remove or alter the AI-generation attribution
• Use the generated images to create misleading or deceptive content

You agree to not hold Painter AI liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, resulting from your use of the generated images.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
